Dementia & Home Safety

As part of a grant by the U.S. Department of Justice, Alzheimer’s Los Angeles with L.A. Found and the Los Angeles County Department of Aging and Disability (AD), Supervisor Janice Hahn, Supervisor Kathryn Barger, and Supervisor Hilda L. Solis, First District, hosted three series of presentations to help dementia family caregivers keep their loved ones safe at home. The program included a home safety presentation by Alzheimer’s Los Angeles and information about the LA Found program.
