An eight-week comprehensive support, education, and peer group that meets weekly for individuals and their care partners.
Living well with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or early-stage Alzheimer’s or another dementia starts by empowering yourself with the right information, resources, and connections.
Understanding the disease and learning how to manage the complexities are critical to maintaining a high quality of life for both the person living with dementia and the people caring for them. We provide programs, online and downloadable information, workshops, and classes proven to help.
