Organizers of the Master Plan for Aging Community Coffee

On November 1, 2022, Assemblymember Adrin Nazarian, chair of the Assembly Aging and Long-Term Care committee, the California Department of Aging, and Los Angeles County Aging and Disability along with Alzheimer’s Los Angeles and Jewish Family Service Los Angeles hosted a senior coffee in North Hollywood. Community members had an opportunity to speak with Assemblymember Nazarian, Director Susan DeMarois (CDA), and Dr. Laura Trejo (AD) about issues important to seniors and people impacted by dementia.

This event was part of the work of the Master Plan for Aging, a statewide initiative outlined by five bold goals and 23 strategies to build a California for All Ages and Abilities by 2030. Learn more about the Master Plan for Aging.
