Join us for wellness4ALZ, a 30-day Wellness Challenge designed to inspire a healthier you while raising critical funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s Los Angeles.

Challenge yourself with a daily brain-healthy activity from our 30-Day Wellness4ALZ Challenge Calendar, including:

  • Exercise
  • Social engagement
  • Healthy diet
  • Mental stimulation
  • Quality sleep
  • Stress management

How it Works

  • 1. Sign-up and Create an online Fundraising Page here

  • 2. Check out the 30-Day Wellness4ALZ Challenge Calendar below and participate in a minimum of three daily activities a week

  • 3. Take pictures of yourself doing the activities and share on social media using #wellness4ALZ,  #AlzheimersLA, @AlzheimersLA
    Feel free to be as creative as you like.

  • 4. Raise the weekly minimum fundraising goal of $100

Prizes

  • Weekly Prizes
    Each person who meets both requirements (3 activities shared on social media + weekly fundraising goal), will be entered into a weekly opportunity drawing to win great prizes!

  • Grand Prize
    At the end of the month, those who have engaged in a minimum of 12 activities (shared on social media) AND have raised a minimum of $400, will be entered into an opportunity drawing to win a grand prize!

What we eat and drink, how much we exercise, how well we sleep, the way we socialize, and how we manage stress are all very important to our brain health. Recent studies have shown that certain lifestyle choices may help support brain health and delay the onset of dementia.
